Does anyone know about this &quot;front cover dowel pin&quot; that has a problem of working loose and causing damage? That was a mention to me when I asked for suprises that might pop up and cost me money. Is this a continuing problem and does it happen at centain mileage intervals? How do you know if it's working loose? My truck had almost 125000 on it when I bought it, and I have no idea of the past maintenance history.<br><br>Grampaw Bill

Plan to have the repair done before it happens...I have a freind that didnt think it would happen to him I offered to fix his while I had the repair jig to do mine....he spent 10 hours on the highway waiting for a tow truck to tow his truck and another one for his 5th wheel camper,just the tow bill was $650.00 plus the repair and time to fix his truck,which took 4 days of his vacation :-[

 

Anyone know if these KDP repair jig kits can still be bought...I know the inventor only made a limited number of them...I have some friends that never had this repair and have been thinking about buying a kit but cant find a vendor....any one help me find one for sale ??
