Ok, I hate to bring this thread back from the dead, but one of the concepts I didn't apply is the fact that my Torque Converter is non-lockup. So obviously there will be some slip. So I guess its safe to figure 3100 RPMs at 70 mph. Am I going to kill this little 4bt?

Not for quite a while. Might want to put in the HD valve springs though. And try to keep it under 4k.
