it died and wont start

i thought it was gelled up. around 0 here but, with it seemingly thawed out, it still wont start. ????

Check to make sure you have 12v at the shutoff solenoid located at the rear of the pump. If that's good, crack the lines at the injectors to see if it sprays fuel when you crank it.
