Dana 61/71
Looking for a set of 3.07 axle from a W250. Anyone know where to find a set? I have a set of 3.54 axles to trade if need be or would buy outright. Local wrecking yards haven't been any help.

Local ads and word of mouth. Keep at it, and they will turn up eventually. In 12 years with these dodges and almost as many trucks, I got ONE part from an autowrecker. (Ramcharger quarter glass).
The rear axle is easier to find. The fronts often get stripped for the outer parts, so there's sometimes a chance at a cheap housing w/gears... If it hasn't gone to scrap first.
Edit: I would probably go for bigger tires or a transmission swap.
