dana 60-70

dana 60-70

i just did a bunch of brake work on CTD. now with my W250 should i have the dana 60?? b/c my local parts guy took like 3 days to figure that i have a dana 70. is the dana 70 the one ton axle?

Dana 61/71 for the 3.07 geared axles...but they are all the 60/70 series. 3/4 and one ton have the same axles.

well what i am gettin at is the drums i have on the truck now look like they are for a dually. when they got me the first set of drums they were like i dono normal looking drums but these have a extended piece to it on top of where the axle bolts onto

Yes, that's normal. Our trucks have the drum inboard of the hub.
