D250 Rear Lift Blocks

D250 Rear Lift Blocks
I’ve been gone awhile, but I’m back.
Im ordering Moog springs for the old D250 and some kyb shocks. I want to keep a slight rake. Has anyone added a 2” block to the rear? Maybe an add-a-leaf?
Thanks in advance.

I paired the 7226S coils with a 33" tire in the rear only. Has as slight rake, but looks level.
Make sure the KYBs are for the 4000# front end or they will pull out out of the frame.

The D-250 come with no blocks.
The W-250s depending on the year come with 3 or 6 inch blocks.
The W-250 also come with a more rugged version of the rear springs, I assume to deal with the axle wrap that can happen with blocks under spring style suspensions.
I would get your truck together and ride it for a bit so the front coils setting in. Then if you still need a little lift in the rear, I would add and extra spring to the pack, or look into "ZERO" rate springs.
The Zero rates are a 1 inch block that you bolt to the leaf pack. I often use them on my projects for final height adjustments or relocation the axle forward or rearward a bit.
