Cracked front leaf bracket, replace or weld?

Drivers side front cracked bad, almost around every rivet, has anybody had this happen? I'm thinking maybe easier to replace entire bracket than weld...

Any ideas?

Replace it. If it's cracked in several places, the welds will hold but it'll just crack somewhere else.

I welded mine for a temp fix to get me on the road again. But I took it off and did it. That was about 6 months ago and to be honest I just went out to look at it and looks fine. I forgot I had done this, I'm old give me a break. I did use the tig to get more heat into it and control a bit better. I say replace it if you have the time and money, weld it if you gotta get it back on the road until you get time and money to get the new hanger.

I was told there's a guy on Ramcharger Central that does new ones, goes by the name of "Jungle" on there.

My info's a bit aged, but some things never change.
