The small tunnel was only on 2 wheel drive single cab trucks with automatic transmissions. Naturally I had that problem and the tunnel is very small.

Correct.
You will need to cut the hole for the shifter, but the tunnel will be the same.

As Oliver said. I have swapped four 4x4 NV4500's into 1st gens. Three auto's to NV4500 and one getbag to NV4500. Even my RC got a NV4500 and the large hump centers are all the same. Minus the shifter hole

I did not know you were an owner of the hard to find Banks four gage dash pod. Wish they still made these.

Augie, that is the access grommet to get to the factory lower door hinge bolts.

I got that back in 98' a guy I worked with bought it and wrecked the truck before he got them installed.

You must have the rare and sought after doorless model then.

Augie, Take you inner kick panel off [3 Philips head screws IIRC] and it will look just like Mark's picture.
Two of the lower door hinge bolts are accessed from behind that grommet and one is access from the outside of the cab.
At least that was how the '93 W150 was I worked on, on Monday was.

Oh, okay. Behind the kick panel, rigggghhhhttt . Never occurred to me that Mark had his kick panel off.......
