Hey guys I need a little help. While removing my vac/steering pump assem. I found that the sensor that goes into the side of the block behind the power steering pump is broke. Can somebody please tell me what this sensor is. Thanks

Thanks Ace thats what I figured it was but wasn't sure. This forum is like having a service manual for every piece on the truck. Thanks again.

 

That's the truth that sensor works about as well broken as it does in one piece

 

probably time to get yourself a mechanical oil pressure guage and be done w/the factory junk
