hi
my sons 96 has a broken water in fuel sensor and leaks bad , so truck down .
it is the one that screws into the bottom of the spin on filter !

where do you get them and how much do they cost ?

tried napa and others but none there , dealer monday ??

Mine broke too upon filter change, I ended up at the dealer also, I think it was around $35. BUT that one started leaking at the water drain before that filter was even due to be changed.
The fix, I run a wix 33391 in place of the o.e (wix 33402). The 33391 is a 10 micron filter, where the 33402 is a 14 micron, and if you dont know smaller micron is better filtration. Plus there about half the price depending where you can pick one up. the only down side is that the water sensor wont hook up any longer, but the 33391 does have a drain in it in case you feel the need to drain it. hope it helps....
