Blower issue

I got a problem, my blower motor isnt even working, the motor is right and i just changed the resistor but still not working, i was wondering tmif there is a relay for this sistem and where is it? If some one can give me a hand would be great, aditional info theres voltage to the blower motor but when i clamp it it turns 0 voltage
