In a bind

My truck is running like it is in a bind.Kinda like its making power just not laying it down.Don't feel the tranny slippen.Mpg is still normal.It also has been running rough when I crank it in the morning or when it sets 4 awhile.I will try a new filter Monday.3200 spring is on way.Any ideas before I do the spring?

Use a rag wrapped around an air hose to put a few psi of pressure in the fuel tank. Air leaks will show up as fuel leaks. If that doesn't turn anything up, you can put a section of clear hose in the fuel line right before the lift pump and watch for bubbles.
