Best place to get matched ignition & door keys?

Having to replace the ignition key and barrel but need to swap door cylinders as well with a matched set to keep just one key, any suggestions on where to get a complete set? On my 92 D250 LE by the way..

My last set I got off Ebay. OEM old new stock. They are out there; you just need to be patient and search around.

Can you get another used ignition cylinder? They will usually fit many different keys. Easier to match up!

The new ignition key might work in the door. I'm not an expert on tumblers, but my buddy and I can open each others doors, but not ignition. He also says he locked his keys in the truck and some rando with a 1st gen opened his door for him. Your mileage may vary.
