Do I need a new ignition? Also a question about door locks.

A while back my ignition quit being able to be turned backwards to the ACC position. I've tried all 3 of my keys, and none of them allow me to do that. If I want to play the radio, I have to turn it to the RUN position. Is there a remedy for this, or do I need to replace the ignition? What's going to happen to my key situation, am I going to have to have the ignition rekeyed? Where should I get it?

Also, on my driver's door I can lock AND unlock the door with the key. On the passenger's door I can only unlock. When I try to lock it, the key won't turn that way. Is this normal? I probably won't mess with that even if it isn't working, but I was curious mainly.
