I have one, hooked to the OEM box via a hardware store rubber drain pipe adapter. I know there will be people saying how they have had a "friend" that had them sucked into the turbo, mine has over 70,000 miles, no problems. Plus, you get that turbo, turbine, "woosh" jet fighter sound! Love mine.

 

I have one i n my dually and love it. I love the air chatter noise it makes under wot. The price is a bit high but its a quality piece. I found another second hand for one of my dads trucks. For some reason someone spray bombed it black. But the filter was in great condition and it was like $100 bucks.
