I agree, or at least tuned all of them for max economy. The Dmax's had there timing bumped way up, why didnt they take 15 minutes to bump the timing on the old trucks. Its almost as bad as letting people use LPG on the economy test at the diesel power tour. Its just not fair or even an equal comparison with one truck running 38mpg while dumping in the LPG while every other truck is running strait #2. I need to shut up now and stop ranting on my openions.

Hey guys it's my truck. We actually ran into some traffic that had us going 50mph at some points, and we all drove like a grandpa who can't see well, so both of those things helped. Y'know, I think DDP4s really are good for economy though....they seem to do really well. If I drive "normal" and go 65mph, my mileage drops to 23mpg, if I go 75mph, I get 19mpg. Speed hurts, esp. with no o/d. 75mph=2500rpm on my truck! I think with an overdrive I could see close to 30mpg at 65mph. I also have 235/85/16 tires, so they are pretty stock, and I am 2wd which helps. Cool part is that the truck still makes about 250rwhp the way it was on the test, so it's still fast enough to be fun.
