Anybody running an older Western Plow?

Just wondering if anyone was running an older western cable-controlled pump plow. I was curious as to how you might be running the cables from the cab to the front of the truck. It would be nice of there was a hole in the center of the firewall to run the cables through and mount the t-handle on the trans hump. That one hole behind the parking brake pedal makes running the cables very difficult anywhere but having the t-handle mounted at your feet.

Western Plow

I will check my truck when I get home tonight. I have an older Western Plow with cable controls mounted on the transmission hump. It came with the plow so I did not pay attention as to how the cables are routed.

That would be great, just curious as to where the cables run once they come out of the control handle

Thanks EClancy

snowplow operating cables

I checked my truck last night. My controls are mounted on the transmission hump and the cables run through the firewall 3" to the right and 1/2" above the point where the accelerator cable runs throught the firewall. The cables then run above the engine and comes through the grill next to the driver's side headlight. I took some photos but my photo software is on the blink. When I figure how to download my camera through windows folders, I will attach them.
