Air intake to air intercooler
I am curios on if I where to install an intercooler on my 1990 dodge D250 if it would help improve the turbo whistle

I would not expect much, if any change in the turbo noise coming from adding an I/C.

Adding a later 2nd gen turbo with the silencer ring removed would add some whistle.
