About to do Some Routine Maintenance

But I need to know:

What oil for the rearend? Do I need the friction modifier, I have an 727 auto and 3.07 gears?

And What brake pads produce the least dust, the carbon-metalic, semi-metalic, or other? What the difference?

I use 80-90w gear oil if it gets real hot out 85-140 is good you dont need fric. mod. with the 3.07s its not a LSD ...Unless someone installed one. but i dout it .as for brakes I have been real happy with the new titainium ceramics no dust and last long

The 3.07 was available with the limited slip diff. Get the stuff with the friction modifier for now, once you get the cover off the diff you will know if you needed it or not.
