93 dually rear disc brakes from 05

I have a 93 D350 CTD with, of course, rear drum brakes. I have ran across a complete rear end assy from a 2005 1 ton Dodge dually that was removed because it had a bent axle housing. However, all of the rear disc brakes and related parts are there, intact, and undamaged. My question is, will these disc brakes from the 05 bolt up to my 93 axle housing? Of course a different master cylinder will be needed. How much better are the disc brakes over the drum brakes?

Thanks, Scott

I don't know if those parts will bolt in, but I do know that the master cylinder will not correctly deliver fluid to rear disc brakes. Drum and disc require different pressure.

The '05 uses an AAM axle, not a Dana. Not going to be a bolt-on.
