'89 d60 correct inner axle seal for front

ive got national seal number 470682 and it has no axle entry flange, which calls to damaging seal on axle installation, the dana number on the nok seals I removed are 36487, has anyone found a parts store crossover number for correct replacement? without having to go to a custom axle builder?

I used SKF 15692 for mine when I did my front end rebuild.

That SKF number is only listed for Ford and GM Dana 60F front axles...not sure why they don't list it for Dodge too?

When I did mine 5 plus years ago I ended up going to the biggest Chevy dealer around here and got the good flanged seals, no Dodge dealer around here had them.

well, the aforementioned ns470682 was a dream, by my autoparts suppliers, no entry flange, the skf, 5 days away, so I hit a local axle builder, obviously looking to pack some family stockings, and got the nok knockoffs the rebuilders get, for a reasonable 38.00/pair, allowing me to continue assembly this weekend, happy holidays to all the helpers!

Glad you got something to get you working on the old beast again. It sucks to be have to wait for parts, just so you can continue working on stuff.
