inner axel seals on D60
well the right side inner axel seal took a dump on me. not that bad of a leak past the dust seal, but none the less, a leak.
dose any one here have, or know where to get a parts manual, or partd break down for our ( 1st gen ) D60's.
heres the list i am going to replace.
inner axel seal. right & left sides
bolth outer u-joints at the nuckles.
bolth dust seals
the inner grease seals on the rotors
and the inner bearings on the rotors.
new king pins put in last year. along with ball-joints. and just replaced my inner bearings when i turned my rotors.
is there any thing else i might be over looking.
or anything to keep my eyes open fore. or tricks to make this job go a little better.
I REALLY NEED A PARTS BREAK DOWN

I don't think he has a complete exploded diagram, but you may want to check out this site: I bought a bunch of parts here for my front axle that I couldn't get elsewhere.

Good luck, changing those inner seals is a PITA
A lot of fellows seem to like making a tool for removing/installing the seals and cleaning out the axle tube out of all-thread threaded rod. I found a wire-brush the right size to fit inside the tube, and ran it on a couple of drill extensions, then painted on any dirt that was left to make things clean for the axle shaft re-install. That was when I was changing the king-pins and overhauling the hubs -- I did not change the differential seals.

On my dana 30 in my Jeep I used a socket and a broom handle or a length of pvc pipe and drove the seals in from opposite sides (pass seal from the driverside tube and vise versa) the center section had to be removed to do it. Just make sure all your bearing caps go back on in the same sides and same way. Should be similar to the 60. Jethrro
Bob,
I did not have to change my axle seals. I have seen fellas make a slide hammer out of all-thread and a stack of washers or a socket to pull the new seals in -- similar to what Jethrro said above. It is a real PITA because you have to take the differential out.
Good luck with it.
