93, yeah, 4bt...I saw the 6bt swap, I've seen a couple guys online that did them....that would be awesome...the problem is I think I'd have to put Dana 60's on to support the weight...if I could weld like you, no sweat! With the 4bt, I would just do a spring over on my setup now....Proffits Cruisers in Colorado do Cummins swaps and International swaps....if I had the time and the tools and the skills, I'd be doing it right now. How sweet, pulling my Cummins powered cruiser with my 92 W250 out to the desert for some trail riding...I hear in the cruiser they are loud as hell....where do you restore these at?

I had to hunt hard for this thread. I want to keep track of this project. Maybe admin could move to the conversions forum, this way it won't get swamped by the newer posts. Thanks

They're aftermarket conversion seats, converison companies like "Centurion" and "Choo Choo" put them in trucks they modified (the crew cab in this thread appears to be one)

Oh well the rear seat is a factory 91-93 "Super" LE Seat. the LE trucks with the cloth interior got them. The club cab trucks got the split back ones. I have one in our 93 out of a 92 Club Cab

I haven't touched it in almost a year, I know people have their excuses but we bought our first house, got a good deal but it's a fixer upper. I have to finish a few more things before it gets hot then on to the crew project... At least I have my own shop now, getting it all set up and ready to go on this project as well.

Great build

On post #38 photo 5 you picture a driveshaft, the one between the ford TC and tranny. Is this a specific model year shaft or is it a custom piece? I need one just like it and would like to know if it can be ordered.

Thank You.
