5 speed swap wiring question

Just swapped in A getrag and need to know how to get the nuetral safety switch and cruise to work. I know the nuetral switch goes to the clutch master cylinder but which of the 3 wires off the auto harness?

The clutch M/C switch is the power feed for the netural safety circuit. That is what feeds the power to the starter relay. The wiring at the auto trans provides the ground circuit for the starter relay.

If you hooked up the clutch M/C switch. Unhook the brown 22 gage wire from the starter relay. That wire is the PCM feed. The heaver gage brown wire is the wire that went to the trans switch. Just ground it after the smaller wire is unhooked. Your crusie will work then.

Or jump the two outer wires together from the NSS connector. That is essentially what the NSS does when the auto is in neutral or park.

The CC will not work till that smaller brown wire is unhooked from the starter relay. That is the wire that tells the PCM the truck is in netural.

The PCM knows you don't need CC while setting.
