I spent a couple of hours doing a 366 spring in. Cleaned the fuel pin. I don't know how it moved it was covered with crud and hard to remove. Anyway I put things pack together and now it has a really slow idle speed. I moved the index on the throttle lever and then had a real fast idle. Do I just turn the idle screw on the engine side of the pump to speed it up?

 

Are you sure you got the power screw in as far as it was before?

 

Is that the one with the no tamper cover and the welded on clamp on the back of the pump. took the cover off and that was it for that.

 

I the fuel screw is as far In as it was before then You provably didn't put the throttle shaft in the same position. Drive it and if it has the same power but does higher rpms You have to push in further the screw that limits the throttle lever, Yes it is the one on the engine side. Real pain in the neck if You ask Me unless You have a 10mm crowfoot.
