3" intake horn

Finally got around to making my new intake horn. Couldn't find a tight enough radius to match up with the stock intercooler pipe so I made my own. Will be making 3" pipes from the turbo when I find a ps intercooler.

Ran out of argon so I will weld it tomorrow.

Does anybody know which way the gasket points off the top of their head?

thats a catchcan setup I finished making today for my friends datsun 240z

Haven't decided what I'm going to do for crankcase ventilation on my truck yet. Don't reall want to buy the cummins valvecovers, rather make my own as a project.

Looks good sdubfid. You have some good pipefitting/welding skills. Good luck with it.

Got the pipe welded up today. Next is to weld to the flange and extend the pipe to match up with my stock intercooler piping.

Need to practice welding the 16g to the 3/8 flange as I have never tried it before.

Tested it out. Takes noticeably longer for egts to rise. Instead of going straight to 1000deg it slowly goes 800-900-1000. Going on a small trip today will try to pay attention to boost levels. Spoolup seems to be quicker even though it is already super quick with the he351.
