2gn wheel backspacing
2gn wheel backspacing
Ive found a set of second gen alumnum wheels off a 2000 or so truck, the ones with the 5 kidney bean type shapes on them. Anways, I talked to my dad about it and he said the 2gn wheels have alot more backspacing then the 1g trucks. Anyone know how much? I dont want to buy them if they are gonna move my tires in a inch. If someone could post pics of a 1g truck with FACTORY 2gn wheels it would awsome...
Thanks!

i think the truth is gonna hurt...i have a set of those wheels in my garage and they didnt fit cause they rubbed onthe caliper...however they did fit the rear but the truck sat way to narrow and way to wierd for my kinda likin...
the aluminums that DO work, however are the ford alcoas on the square f250s from the early to mid 90's (pre super duty) they are actually made by alcoa and have the correct spacing. and they are 16x7.
I have them on my truck because I bent the cheap aftermarket chrome steel rims that were on there
