1992 W250 trans crossmember

Another question for the transmission conversion experts:

Is the 1st gen W250 (4wd) transmission crossmember the same between the 5speed and automatic trucks? A 1992 truck in particular.

I know Ford used the same crossmember bolted into a different set of holes between manual and automatic to accomodate the different lengths.

Unfortunately, I don't have one of each of the dodge stuff to answer the question myself.

Thanks in advance,
Art

I found out that the trans cross member can be mounted backwards, causes all sorts of clearance problems if you replace the tx mounts (especially if you have a 4" exhaust)

The crossmembers are a little different. The 5 speed crossmember is slightly beefier, and also raises the Getrag up about 3/8 of an inch. It's got some boxed out work. Probably because the Getrag is so much heavier than the autos.
