i got a 1991 Dodge D250 and the tranny is a GETRAG 360 and its stuck in gear. i pulled the top off and found that a role pin has broke and i think the 5-r fork may be broke. if any one can tell me how i can find a cheap rebuild kit just for the top or tell me how to remove the shift fork and rods. please someone thanks..

Well I checked over in the sticky and nothing seems to pertain to your problem. Do a search using "Getrag", or "Getrag 360" etc...sure you can find something.

I'm constantly cruising through the old threads. I spent about 2 hours last night reading old threads about tires and such, there is a ton of info on this site.

 

at least it is just a top cover problem.

I found a new top cover for sale on Ebay a while back that was being liquidated from a closed dodge dealer inventory.
