I have the Thuren lift track bar and it is definately worth it. Very reasonably priced too.

Get a good one, don't buy the low priced ones made in China. While they have a warranty, I'm on my second track bar in 7 months, 10000 miles! i'm getting ready to install a kit that will update it to the late style that eleminates the ball end. If I had know about the Thuren at the time I would have purchased that one.

Guy's dumb question but what signs do you look for for wear in the track bar other than handling issues??

If money is tight, Luke's Link it and get a Polyurethane bushing for the frame end.

So why is a Thuren better than the Solid Steel?

I had great luck with Darin's stuff. Worked great on the '99.

1) Less Expensive
2) Easy Bolt-on
3) Way Overbuilt
4) No crappy rubber bushings

OK.

1) its marginally cheaper
2) mine was easy bolt on
3) mines way over built
4) "Solid Steel Industries LTD. in conjunction with a chemist and our rubber bushing manufacturer have designed a high quality rubber bushing that is better than the OEM bushings on the 2003 and up Track Bars."
