Trac Bar?
Trac Bar?
Does anyone have any ideas where I can get a trac bar from other than the dealership or a junk yard? Does any body make an aftermarket one that is a little cheaper than a factory new one?
For which truck , if the 06 , its common that it takes a couple yrs for the after market to have something , if its different than the previous yrs.
But there are after market , most of the ones I know of , are an upgrade [ better ] and may cost more , I did not bother to see what the dealer price was , if you are doing a lot of front end rebuild / repair / upgrade , then there are much better replacements for most all of the components , but again like some say when some ask about adding HP parts , have a plan / how far do you want to go .
If its just cheap and or used parts , then call the junk yards .

You could look at this one. http://www.off-road.com/trucks4x4/ar....jsp?id=337652 You can also order it online at www.autozone.com $337.99. Way beefier than stock and rebuildable.
I missed your signature. For your '06 Rock Auto just has the track bar bushing listed. No track bar. Solid Steel Industrial has an adjustable track bar listed for 2003 and up trucks. http://www.solidsteel.biz/
Another option for the '06. Thuren Fabrication. http://www.thurenfabrication.com/3rdgentrackbar.html
