Parts website

Realized the other day that I bought a truck without a dipstick.

I checked the dealer and they wanted $63.63 for it!!!

Seems like I remember someone posting a website that had an extensive list of dealer parts available direct at a reasonable price, does anyone have that website address?

Would anyone have a dipstick laying around they don't need?

http://www.dodgeparts.com/catalog/index.php

Click on the OEM Catalog tab at the top of the page, you should be able to find it in there. If not, call them. They sell to the public at net - your local dealer charges list if he's anything like mine.

edit: You have to look in the "collision" section of the catalog for some wierd reason, but it's there and it's really cheap.

try cummins. The dipstick on these trucks is a cummins part. Our local dealer has to order them from cummins when replacement is necessary.

Dealer price, $92.65 CDN + 7%

Cummins dealer price $35.22 Cdn + 7% tax. do the math, and Cummins wins again. UGH
