You sure it's the injection pump?

 

Pensacola diesel advertises pumps on ebay for fairly cheap. My tuner says hes never heard of a problem with them from anyone hes talked to, so I think theyre safe.

 

yup its the pump i will try that one off ebay said 695.00 dollars no shiping cost but 300.00 core

 

If you don't like ebay there are well established guys say they will meet or beat anyone's prices.

 

Hey patpat paul, i just ordered one from pensacola also but have not received it yet. did you go with them also? the guy i talked to sold me the high performance one for a hundred $ more. which he said turns 3200 rpm and also gave me 30 days to return the core.

 

Will the 215 pump, injectors, DV's fit onto a "95"? If so were there any differences in the blocks say like pistons, cams? This engine has 294,000 miles on it and the timing is stock from the factory. Bottoms of the doors and rockers panels nonexistant, bed looks like a grenade hit, stock left balljoint, driver seat half mising but that engine purrs with the four inch exhaust! She is the ultimate redneck machine in N.H. I'll challenge anybody! Steve

Could that the pump timing slipped or you have a bad overflow valve causing low fuel pressure....................
