Oil Pressure

Hey Guy's I think I may have an issue here with the oil sender I hope? Today after I had been driving for a while with the truck fully warmed up I came to a stop sign and watched the oil pressure drop like a rock and the idiot light came on for a split secound then returned to normal,I hope this is a sender issue?? Anyone have this happen??

Yes, it's probably a bad sender. I'd swap it out and also confirm good pressure with a mechanical gauge hooked into the port on the top of the oil filter mounting flange.

mine did that and it was a bad sender. Get a cummins or dodge one, my NAPA one didn't even last 200 miles before it was leaking too.

Your dodge dealer or local cummins shop should have them.
