NP271 tc on a NV4500 tranny

Will a NP271 transfer case bolt up to a NV4500 tranny in place of a NP241 dhd? If so, are there any modifications needed.

It has been done, I think you need to modify the cutout in the frame on the drivers side, not sure what else needs to be done. Search on here and you should find the thread.
