No Throttle response

No Throttle response

hi, i have a Ram Cummins 1994 with a motor from A 1998 12v. i have 24-25psi fuel pressure idle, and 30-31psi 2500rpm no load. i run with my truck. and 10-15 min later, suddently,i have no throttle response, and the rpm is stable( example 80km/h at 1700rpm, the rpm stay at 1700), 10 sec later the throttle response come back...

Fuel Filter is new!

yeah.. maybe... but it dont explain why the motor stall when i press the clutch,. :/

First I heard of the clutch problem, or even that you have a manual in your truck.

If you would like help with a problem, it is best if you list what the problem is, completely.

Kind of sounds like pump issue.... Make sure the shutoff solenoid is working properly, and the little arm that connects to the shaft on the pump for it is tight, and the itty bitty woodruff key isn't lost.

Does pump have GSK in it? Maybe pull governor plug and check both spring retainers/springs to make sure they are set properly and springs aren't broken or missing!

when i run, between 1500-2000rpm the fuel pressure goes up and down...( between 5-40psi) non stop... lol

NO LEAKS, NO AIR LEAKS. it do it with a hose direclty from a jug of fresh fuel to the lift pump.
