no power help

no power help

i ground my plate to a 100 and switched the washers around on the afc screwed the star wheel all the way forward and ground a little off the afc arm but the truck still has no power any ideas

it smokes very little on take off but no smoke

Check fuel and air. Clogged air filter? Leaking boost lines (including the intercooler)? Holed diaphram in either the AFC or wastegate actuator? Fuel filters? Fuel shutoff solenoid? Fuel return valve? If your outfit is over 100,000 miles and has a catalytic converter, check that. Heck, check the entire exhaust system for restrictions. Good luck.

hmm.. have you adjusted your gov. arm correctly to your fuel plate?. i am running no plate and star wheel full forward. it smokes like a train.. what kind of washers in afc were you talkin about? like gov. spring washer mod?

yeah, what DRam11 said. im still fighting the low power issue. but i would check everything that was listed in above post. thats a good start

no if you take the washers on the diaframe and switch them my gov. is stock how do you adjust the gov. arm

the front washer has a big lip on it if you move it to the back and the back to the front your rack will travel farther
