Need more fuel!

I have 215 injectors and have my 0 plate FF with the afc FF, I get a descent amount of smoke down low for a second then it clears up, im hitting a max of about 31 psi boost. Transmission is holding up good so, should i get bigger injectors or delivery valves? These injectors have maybe 10,000 miles on them.

Is your wastegate blocked???I could get 40PSI(blocked wastegate) with my 175 pump,LC and 215 injectors and thats with the fuel turned down because my turbo is max out.Like any injector, there is a choke point to how much fuel it will push through the injector.I'm not sure with the 215 at what point its just to much fuel...Set of 191 DV and I think the guys like the DDP,but can't remember if its 3 or 4...

without a different turbo I don't think they really recommend anything more the DDP 75hp, that's what I'm installing this coming weekend.

I ran 140+hp injectors with the stock turbo. It drove great, but it got warm up top.

im in tate's boat... im also running 140hp injectors with a stock turbo (for now) and normal driving is fine but if you put it to the floor, she gets hot quick! i guess you would expect that with alot more fuel and the same amount of air. everything should be fine once i get more air.

i wouldnt be lookin at anything but a bigger turbo why? bigger volume of air at the same amount of boost which means the potential for more horspower once more fuel through the use if injectors is created that way your not pegin the egt gauge everytime you want to pass some one

For quick highway passes, I'm hotter with my 62mm than I was with the HX35. The bigger turbos heat up much faster, but don't get 'hot' as fast, if you know what I mean. At 120km/h, I'd be about 650 degrees with the stocker/3" exhaust. With the 62mm/4"exhaust, I'm about 800 at the same speed. Couple that with slower spool, the HX35 stays cooler to about 150 km/h. Now a long pull, the 62mm is cooler and stronger. But it lacks the low end that the stocker had. For an everyday cruiser, big sticks and small turbo is hard to beat.
