master cylinder
On my 98 dodge the RESERVOIR the rubber under the cap that screws down why is this thing spliting were is the pressure coing from is the master cylinder bypassing or what.

Get a whole "new" cap. Dry side of the bladder might be plugged.

put whole new master cylinder on new springs new wheel cylinders new shoes an pads. no break or abs lights on thank god.
