It wasn't too bad. Hot today though. Mine was about 1/16th out, drove it in and peened it. The gear case bolts that I could get out were loctited and torqued. The two behind the gear I couldn't get out, never could get the gear in just the right spot I guess. I could get on them and tighten, just couldn't get the bolt flange past the gear. Anyhow, I had to quit the job when I got to the point of torqueing the damper bolts. Half inch torque wrench and 3/8" sockets, and no adapter, just doesn't cut it. I am probably one of the last ones to get this done, and I thank every one for the posts that I reviewed before I started. It ain't that bad of a project.
