Thanks infidel, my mechanic said tps is fine but im having a hardtime thinking the trans is going south with less than 20k in it.
Besides the brake switch is there anyother thing that would cause the tc to unlock while going down the road.

Ive been considerin a lockup switch for a while but I just want to make sure I understand correctly. If I have the switch closed (grounded) the converter is locked correct? But if the switch is off the truck will lock and unlock itself as usual?

The main problem (possibly the only one) with a lockup is forgetting to unlock when coming to a stop. It will be the same as stopping in gear with a manual without pushing the clutch.

Have you checked your brake light switch? If it is loose or malfunctioning it can cause lock up loss as the tranny thinks you put on the brakes. Just a thought.

mine locks and unlocks constantly.(depending on throttle position)
I think the TPS is screwy.
I read about a nice little filter over at http://dodgeram.org/tech/transmissio...TPS_adjust.htm
