I believe i have found my problem. Got my truck fired up last night runs rough as hell still wont pick up over 500 rpm in drive or reverse an still no pedal in drive or reverse, my buddy belives i have plugged injectors cause he could hear them pop? does this sound right. I checked my linkage thats good, did find a rats nest yes a nest in my air box and one dirty filter thats my fault but all linkage and hoses are clear.

Uh, not to say he doesn't know what he is talking about, but I sure as heck can't hear injectors pop.

Just for grins, did you pull the air box off and look into the Turbo?

Not saying you sucked a rat into it, but there is a FAMOUS picture of a Duramax on the internet that brought his truck in for running rough and guess what they found?

Once you see into the turbo inlet, you might try removing the air intake horn and starting it to make sure there aren't any obstructions............

Well a rat's nest in the air box Hmm imagine that what a shock, who would have ever thought of that ? (maybe post 13 on 1/19)

Like Pat said have you checked the turbo ? All of the other simple no cost items NOW been checked?

I would have to agree with pat on the injectors and hearing them pop.

I do belive it is my tranny. motor is back to purring and turbo is spooling. 1st gear wont work truck trys to take off in second once it gets going it will eventually pick up speed. Reverse is gone also
