mine broke at 235,000 while waiting on my kit to show up when it came in we imediatly tabbed my buddies 4x4 his pin was sticking out about 1/4 " i just jb welded my case

 

I have the parts on order. The install looks pretty straight forward. Are there any special tools needed? Is a puller needed to get the crankshaft pulley off?

 

Nope, the 4 bolts hold the Harmonic Balancer on........ Should have a 1-7/16" wrench to pull the fan nut, LH thread. SOme remove the whole bearing assy, but it is a PITA to do.

I bought a cheap Taiwan wrench because I had to grind it thinner to fit.
