Kdp ??

Just tabbing my KDP this weekend and have a question.
How far below the cover does the KDP sit in the hole? My pins about flush with the cover.

Flush with the cover is good enough. My feeling after tabbing a few very low milage rigs that is that many folks think their pin has started working out a bit when in fact it was never pounded in all the way.

I guess if the pin is flush with the cover that means that the hole isn't stepped like Cummins says it's supposed to be on the 24 valve. Oh well, tabbed now.
