How long do you let your truck warm up?

you're not hurting it by shutting it off cold...

as much as I hate killing the engine on my truck at ANY time, I don't have any reservations shutting it off cold.

Talk about warming up the thermal mass of the big engine...how about warming up ALL SIX gallons of coolant in the Cummins!

On the other hand- the positive side is all that thermal mass will retain heat for a long time too!
