hey all need help asap

hey i need a rear whiel seal for a 95 and they askt what it has for a rearend a dana 60 or dana 80 if eney one knows let me know asap thanks staken

what is the truck a one ton or 3/4 and is it auto or manual?.If its a manual is is likley an 80 and if its an auto it is a 70 most likely

its a 2500 3/4 and its a manual

its most likley a dana 80, you could also check the tag that located under the hood

Looks like its an 80 by the listing on Dodge Ram.org . It has all the info for the model years in the specifications area.

It's an 80 but most autoparts need more info or they'll give you the wrong seal.
After giving me the wrong one my Napa guys had me bring in the brake drum.
They took a couple of measurements on the drum and viola, had the right seal.

it should be a dana 80. Also on the rear diff. Look at the cover bolts. Between 2 of the bolts should be a tag telling you the rear and what gears and all are in it. And as someone else said under the hood is a tag with your truck's options.

If you look at the front of the rear around the pinion the is 80 stamped on each side in the cast if it is an 80 I don;t think I have seen a stick truck with a 70?
