Fuel Return Line
I just broke my return line between #5 and #6 right at the Tee where it goes back to the filter. I don't think it is repairable the way that it broke. Anyone have any suggesetion's?? Yes I was sneaking some large stick's in it, got in a hurry and did'nt tighten #5 down and BAM!!!!! . Please, I feel stupid enough. That's what I get for taking the cell phone with me.

Never had that break...proabably going to have to replace it end to end. At least it's relativley accessable. My return line began sucking just a little bit of air in when the engine was turned off, however it was the return line from the pump across the filter and back to the tank. I would have changed it myself however had to leave on a pre-planned trip overseas. The tech also changed the supply lines and sender unit (on it's way out) as well. Might want to repalce all these while you're in there...
