I changed the filter,put in a new transfer pump, primed the fuel to the p pump ,cleaned preheater screen & oring.new screen & oring on the way.I think the oring is bad. If after install if no luck, what then return line bad ,or draw tube in the tank.I plan on clamping return line just to see if it is the problem. If anybody knows of something i might be overlooking please let me know
