will it hurt anything to run my 12 valve without a fuel plate

 

No. But it is nicer to grind it to a 10 so you don't need to watch your EGT's so much. Adjust it to suit your driving style.

well my bad, you can tow without a plate, if u got gauges for close monitoring and know how to use ur right foot. but not something for the average guy that doesn't know all the dangers. that's what i meant.......

 

so there is nothing inside the pump that will break if it is ran without a plate and how much different is a #o plate compared to not having a plate at all

 

passing on the words of the wise.....pull it and b happy. nothing will break. no pin that supposeday breaks. all just bad rumors floating around. the difference is about 25-30 hp i believe. personally if you narrowed it down to a 0 plate already id just pull the whole thing and b happy. i am
