Fuel Leak

I got a fuel leak on my 95 3/4 ton that I can't find. It's dripping off the bottom of lift pump right up close to where it bolts to the block. Spent about two hours trying to run it down with a light and mirror, can't see any lines leaking. Even took fuel filter so could get a little better view. You guys got any suggestions?

Check the line in red below. It's the first to leak and often runs down to the lift pump.

Thanks guys, I've called myself checking the rubber lines but will do it again. When I feel around the top of the pump I don't feel any liquid but will check again.

Guys is there a hole in the casting of the chamber that has the fuel fittings on it? Similiar to the weep hole in a water pump.

You mean the fuel heater? Shouldnt be anything there leaking unless maybe your heater harness burnt up, which is real common.
There are a couple hoses in that area which are famous for leaks, especially the one infidel mentioned.

Yes. A buddy of mine just discovered his pump was leaking from there.

No Starting or power problems just leaking. I just stuffed paper towels all around the top side of the pump and started it, crawled under it and it sure looks like there fuel coming from that hole in the body of the pump. My guess is that it is there in case the shaft seal goes, it will keep fuel from getting in the crankcase. Pulled the towels out and they were all dry.

Somebody make my day and tell me it is leaking somewhere else, I'm open to any suggestions.

If you have access to an air compressor pressurize the fuel system with a blowgun with a rag wrapped around it though the tank fuel fill, 5 psi max.
You'll find the source of any leaks very fast.
